~Weekend in St. George~

The boys and I drove to St George with my parents and little sisters Cailey and Caddy to spend a long weekend with my sister Carly who plays soccer for Dixie State. We had a FABULOUS time and the long weekend went by way too fast. Here are a few pictures:

With Aunt Jo Jo in her bright polk-a-dot room!

Watching a little T.V. in the hotel room. Notice Mason can't even take his eyes off the T.V. for
one second for a picture!! It's a good thing we only have 4 channels on our T.V. at home!!

My parents and sisters wanted to go to a movie one night. The boys and I were planning on seeing "Alvin And The Chipmunks" at the same time, but it wasn't playing at the Theatre. So...we drove around trying to find something to keep us occupied for a few hours...and JACKPOT - we found a sweet germ pit called McDonalds playland to play at. The boys couldn't have been more thrilled, since this adventure is not allowed under normal circumstances. (I know, I'm a mean mom) Macks and I watched the boys play for TWO hours...they
made new friends....didn't contract any nasty disease (that I know of yet)....and thought I was
the nicest mom ever!!

Last Summer my parents were driving aimlessly through St. George and ended up an hour away in a little city called Pine Valley and found this cute little church. So...they made us all go to it on Sunday. I felt like Laura Ingalls from Little House on the Prairie sitting in there. It was incredible! It was built in 1868...the oldest standing, still in use, LDS chapel. It had amazing history behind it and we were fortunate enough to have the missionaries give us a tour after church. What a fabulous experience!!

Papa loves to bribe ANYONE to do his hair for him!

Macks couldn't get enough of Olive Garden's breadsticks. YUMMY!!
