I would way rather my kids be home all day
(whining that they are bored, fighting with each
other, and making messes) then have them be
gone ALL day long every day!
(Oh...and there's a little thing called,
I hate making lunches, having fast
early mornings, buying school clothes,
and doing homework)
The first day of school was rather uneventful.
I was kindly told I did NOT need to walk them into their classes.
"Just drop us off out front....we'll be fiiiiine!"
So I did just that. Sad.
When they came home I asked them how their day went?
Mason: "Awesome! Totally perfect. I just loved it!! This is going to be the best year!"
Madden: (rolled his eyes) "Stupid! I hate it! My teacher is so dumb! Whenever you answer a question right she says, (in a high pitched sweet sounding voice) 'Good job sweetie! That's right!' What does she think we are? Two year old babies?
SOMEONE didn't get the teacher that they wanted....
so they are going to milk the drama for as long as possible...
even when they have a horrible sweet kind teacher!! ;)-

Ummmmm you are a way better mom than I am. We still have two weeks of summer and I can't wait for school cause I am tired of the whining and fighting. Just Cameron, Avery and me!
I Love these two boys! It would not be fun if they were both the same...it would be easy, But not fun. They are both, their own individual, special selves. They are learning that, and that is awesome to see their personality and confidence grow- love the sweet and love the drama! Good job Mom and Dad. Thank Heaven for you teachers! Take good care of our boys.
