Out of the Darkness

In honor of my brother, our family participated in the Salt Lake

Out of the Darkness Walk to prevent suicide.

The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention

is a wonderful organization that invests in research,

puts together educational campaigns,

and offers support to those affected by suicide.

Thank you to WONDERFUL family and friends

we were able to donate over $400.00 in Cody's name.

My mom worked very hard to make our T-shirts

Sending balloons to our loved ones...

We walked 5 miles together and thought about Cody....
how much we miss him,
how much we love him,
how grateful we are to know that we will be with him again,
and how we are all trying to be better people....
more loving, more kind and accepting,
and more thoughtful of others feelings.

It was a wonderful day. We love you Cody!
