Mason has one of the best teachers I know.

Every assignment is creative, fun, and hands on.
Her students THRIVE!
One assignment last month was to write an individual parody,
and then together they wrote a class parody.
They were so proud of their work that they tried out for the school talent show....
and out of 130 auditions, they made it to the final 12!!
Their class parody was written to the tune of the song "Dynamite" by Taio Cruz
I,I,I,I, I ripped it in my hands, hands, hands.
I have someother crazy plans, plans, plans.
I threw away all my pens and pencils,
don't make me do my stinkin' times times tables!
Oh, man, it makes me yawn and yawn and yawn
it makes me yawn and yawn and yawn.
Yeeeaaahhh.....
I throw my homework in the air sometimes
saying, "oh well, I'll take a zero."
I want to celebrate and have no work,
Sayin' "oh well, I'll take a zero."
But then I got my grades, and there was no A's
we better hurry up because it's homework time.
My mama told me once, my teacher told me twice,
"you better change your mind because it's homework time."
I changed my mind, mind, mind, mind
Get out the way I'm wasting time, time, time, time
I asked my teacher for some pens and pencils
and then I passed my awesome times times tables.
Yeah, yeah! I do not yawn and yawn and yawn
I do not yawn and yawn and yawn.
Yeeeaaahhh!
I do my work and turn it in on time,
saying' "Oh yeah, I got an A now!"
I wanna celebrate and have no work sayin' "Oh yeah, I got an A now."
We gonna rock our grades and we'll graduate.
We better hurry up, because it's college time

Wow that was soo good! I love school teachers!!! It is nice when they really know how to get their students excited, and want to do even more, and have fun learning,and having new experiences...It helps too, to have a student like our Mason. It's a two way street. They both want to do better which motivates everyone,and just the beginning of so many positive things...
