We said goodbye to sweet Grandpa Jake last week.
What an incredible man he was.
He will be missed like crazy!

We are so grateful that Grandpa Jake has been such a big part of our childrens' lives!

What an honor it was to get to know Jake. I will always remember the time we got to spend with him. Thanks for letting us get to know him.
We will miss cute grandpa Jake! But hello can you say freaking beautiful?! Look at you sis... four kids later and still that pretty? You amaze me!
