My kids are smarter than your kids.....

The following conversation took place at dinner the other night:

MADDEN:
(after eating his 3rd Arby's Roastbeef sandwich he asks if he can have another one...and some more fries)
"Sorry Mom, I just have a really big appetizer tonight."

MASON:
(Sighs out loud and rolls his eyes and then somehow actually says the following rather nicely)

"Madden, it's not an appetiZER, it's called an appetITE. An appetizer is the food you eat AFTER you eat all your dinner!"

With the confidence in his voice I didn't have the heart to tell him that he was wrong....

So, at our house we have dessert BEFORE dinner and our appetizers AFTER dinner.

I don't see what is wrong with that?!??!

Infact, I think it is a genious idea!!

Therefore, my kids ARE smarter than yours! HA!
