Church only lasted long enough to have Sacrament Meeting, then the bishop decided to cancel the rest of the meetings and encouraged everyone to go help our entire neighborhood dig out. It ended up being a pretty nice day after the blizzard ended:
Here are Chaffee, Mason, Ethan and Madden posing while all their parents shoveled snow.
Mason playing "London Bridges" under the neighbors snow blower shower!
The boys thought running through the snow thrown by the snow-blower was the greatest thing ever! I thought they were CRAZY!
Bill figures we had at least 16-18 inches of snow (35 inch tires half way covered + a couple inches packed underneath....so he says)
Sick of shoveling already!! Thanks to Lori and Eric for letting us borrow their snow-blower once they were done....Three and a half hours later, our whole street was FINALLY done! Wheew! What team work!!

How fun!! I only wish it would snow like that here! It will snow here all day long and we'll only receive about 1-2 inches. Now come on, if it is going to snow all day long I want it to at least give us 6 inches. I think having a snow "blizzard" would be so fun(as long as the power doesn't go out). It's so beautiful to watch it falling. And my girls enjoy playing in the snow as much as your boys enjoy it. Too much fun. Although I'm not too sure about the whole shoveling part. I don't know if I'd be much help. I HATE being cold. =)
